Responsibilities
  • Administer competitive compensation and benefit programs for talent attraction and retention
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Work independently to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Support all aspects of payroll operations
  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies
  • Monitor employee morale and company culture
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs
  • Other duties as assigned
