Responsibilities
- Administer competitive compensation and benefit programs for talent attraction and retention
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Work independently to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Support all aspects of payroll operations
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies
- Monitor employee morale and company culture
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
- Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs
- Other duties as assigned
