Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Ten years human resources experience
  • Experience working with executive level suite
  • Experience administering payroll, 401k strongly preferred
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems, Paylocity ideal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Aptitude in problem solving.
Responsibilities
  • Administer competitive compensation and benefit programs for talent attraction and retention.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Work independently to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Support all aspects of payroll operations.
  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
  • Monitor employee morale and company culture.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
