  • Serve as a key contributor to the technical roadmap, integrating best practices in software and hardware testing across the organization
  • Mentor senior and junior engineers, providing guidance on complex testing issues and setting best practices
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level requirements are met and quality standards are upheld
