Requirements
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • You have 10+ years of experience in software and systems testing with demonstrated expertise in both software and hardware configurations.
  • You have advanced programming skills and mastery of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
  • You have proven leadership experience and an ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive quality-focused initiatives at scale.
Responsibilities
  • Define and lead high-impact test initiatives, developing innovative test strategies and frameworks for complex systems.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the technical roadmap, integrating best practices in software and hardware testing across the organization.
  • Mentor senior and junior engineers, providing guidance on complex testing issues and setting best practices.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level requirements are met and quality standards are upheld.
