About the job

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a business, hospitality, or tourism school, or in a project-management- or luxury-oriented training program.
  • A first experience in tourism, hospitality, or high-end services is advantageous.
  • Ability to work Saturdays during the high season; worked Saturdays are compensated with cumulative days off.
  • Strong command of French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good command of office software, particularly Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Support the organization of client stays by coordinating services and experiences.
  • Help prepare quotes and follow up on them with the team.
  • Assist with updating client itineraries in internal tools.
  • Research and identify local partners to expand the offerings.
  • Help update and produce catalogs presenting services and experiences.
  • Work with marketing to suggest updates to destination guides, including restaurants, activities, and points of interest.
  • Help update partner information and rates in internal tools.
  • Support the team in creating and updating communication materials, including catalogs and presentations.
  • Participate in issuing quotes, invoices, and itineraries.
Desired Qualifications
  • A third spoken language is an advantage.
