Lead Product Manager - NIKE. Inc.- Beaverton, OR.Define and execute the global product vision and strategy while leading the end-to end lifecycle of a product. Accountable for all features involving communications with Nike Sourcing and Manufacturing business and partners, including factory capacity allocation and utilization for Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories. Help invent the future of supply chain at Nike and contribute to the creation of world-class customer experiences for Nike consumers worldwide. Responsible for analyzing and delivering on product, business critical metrics, evaluating product performance as well as defining, driving and shipping innovative digital fulfillment features. Articulate clear and compelling product vision, work across a variety of teams, and look for new ways to innovate for consumers. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and evangelization process for sourcing and manufacturing, which includes all interactions with factory partners. Build maturity paths with business partners to define and maintain a broad feature-sequencing framework driven by commercial and consumer outcomes. Partner with supply chain teams to evaluate new insights based on strategic, commercial and product fit. Work with supply chain and technology teams to drive standardization of models and architecture, leading to faster delivery of features to consumers. Define contextual critical metrics, and conduct recurring product readouts with partners. Participate in Agile ceremonies and keep the cross-functional team passionate about near-term results in a constantly evolving environment. Identify bridge solutions and openly discuss technical debt tradeoffs and plans to remediate. Work across a set of cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, supply chain, analytics, and operations teams. Lead and prioritize resources to achieve business goals. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Electronics Engineering and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the joboffered or a computer-related occupation. Experience must include:
