- Recent and relevant experience in home support services (SAD).
- Experience in a private clinic or hospital setting is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Apply varied physiotherapy techniques to treat injuries and optimize functional rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to provide multidisciplinary patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about exercises, pain management, and prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on patient response.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Participate in continuing education initiatives and team meetings.
