Requirements

A degree in electronics or physics, including RF/microwave and digital knowledge, with typically 3 to 8 years of practical experience in system design, digital design, or circuit design.
Significant knowledge of one or more Keysight EDA tools, such as ADS.
Knowledge of design data management and version control.
A significant background with non-Keysight EDA tools such as Sigrity, SIwave, HSPICE, or HFSS.
A good understanding of one or more of the following applications: high-speed digital, including signal and power integrity; RF/microwave; and electromagnetics.
Fluency in written and spoken Japanese.
Communication and problem-solving skills for working with customers, the sales organization, and R&D.
Proficiency with Cadence Skill.
Expertise in Keysight's SOS or other design data management solutions.
Experience supporting web-based applications.
Experience with product lifecycle management tools.
System administration and networking knowledge.
A university degree or higher, with a major in electronics, physics, or a similar field.
Communication ability in Japanese to perform the work smoothly.

Responsibilities

Provide post-sales application engineering technical support to customers using Keysight EDA products such as ADS and EMPro, and data management products such as SOS.
Respond promptly and accurately to customers' technical inquiries, understand their issues and context, and recommend solutions and ways to use the products effectively.
Conduct customer training on Keysight EDA tools such as ADS and EMPro and data management products such as SOS, helping customers use simulation tools effectively to solve design challenges and improve development efficiency.
Provide technical support for sales activities and assist with proposing solutions suited to customer requirements.
Work closely with product development (R&D) and sales teams to resolve customer problems.
Provide support through web portals, email, telephone, and onsite service.

Desired Qualifications

Three to eight years of practical experience in PCB design, high-speed digital applications, RF/microwave circuit design, or data management.
Experience using Keysight EDA tools such as ADS or comparable tools such as Sigrity, SIwave, HSPICE, or HFSS.
Expertise in high-speed digital technologies such as USB, DDR, and Ethernet, and electromagnetic analysis.
Basic programming skills, such as Python.
English communication ability; TOEIC score above 650 is preferred.
Expertise in Keysight SOS or other design data management solutions.
Experience supporting web-based applications.
Experience with product lifecycle management tools.
System administration and networking knowledge.

キーサイトのEDA製品（ADS、EMProなど）やデータマネジメント製品（SOS）をご利用いただくお客様に対し、ポストセールスアプリケーションエンジニアとして、導入後の技術サポートを提供します。また、業務の一環としてプリセールス活動の技術支援も行います。

主な役割は以下の通りです。

技術サポート対応
お客様からの技術的なお問い合わせに対し、迅速かつ的確に対応します。お客様の課題や背景を正確に理解し、最適な解決策や活用方法をご提案することで、製品の価値を最大限に引き出します。
顧客トレーニングの提供
Keysight EDAツール（ADS、EMProなど）やデータマネジメント製品（SOS）に関するトレーニングを実施し、お客様がシミュレーションツールを効果的に活用できるよう支援します。これにより、設計課題の解決および開発効率の向上に貢献します。
プリセールス支援
営業活動における技術的な側面をサポートし、お客様の要件に適したソリューション提案を支援します。

また、お客様の問題解決に向けては、製品開発部門（R&D）や営業部門と密接に連携し、最適な対応を行います。サポートは以下の複数チャネルを通じて提供します。

Qualifications

Degree in electronics or physics including RF/microwave and Digital knowledge, with typically 3 to 8 years of practical experience in System design, Digital or Circuit design.

Expertise in Keysight's (Formerly ClioSoft's) SOS or other design data management solutions
Experience supporting web-based applications
Experience with PLM tools
System administration / networking

大卒以上、かつ電子工学、物理学、またはそれに類する専攻
PCB設計、高速デジタルアプリケーション、RF/MW回路設計または、データマネジメントに関する 3 ～ 8年の実務経験があることが望ましい
