Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Administration, with a focus on foreign trade, Economics, Logistics, or related areas.
  • Have at least one year of prior experience with insurance for shippers and carriers.
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be organized and able to handle multiple demands while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Be able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, including a good foundation in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support the placement and management of transportation insurance, ensuring shipments, policies, and endorsements are monitored.
  • Help ensure domestic and international transportation insurance processes are clear and secure.
  • Support the issuance, review, and tracking of policies, endorsements, and DDRs.
  • Build relationships with insurers and clients through clear, careful communication.
  • Support negotiations for new business and renewals, helping develop solutions for each need.
  • Help information circulate efficiently among the parties involved.
  • Work in an organized, detail-focused manner to reduce errors and improve workflow.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment where learning and knowledge-sharing are part of the routine.

Desired Qualifications

  • Intermediate or advanced English is desirable but not required.
