Requirements
  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine residency program
  • Occupational Health or Workers Comp experience required
  • Board Certified in Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
  • State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date
Responsibilities
  • Managing patients with a broad array of patient needs
  • Evaluating, treating, and following up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions
  • Managing the testing and treatment for infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  • Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
  • Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
