Interior Design - Senior Project Manager
Position Summary:
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a key role in successfully executing design and construction projects. This position is responsible for setting project goals and objectives, coordinating with clients to establish clear expectations, and managing all phases of the project from start to finish. This includes establishing project budgets, timelines, and milestones, determining levels of innovation, and creating mechanisms to track and report on project progress. As a leader, the SPM delegates tasks, monitors project activities, and ensures project deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
Additionally, the SPM takes charge of reporting directly to the Principal, maintaining regular communication to update on project progress and any challenges, while fostering a collaborative environment. The role involves making decisions with integrity, sound judgment, and adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
