About the Job

Requirements

  • A bac+5 degree from a university or engineering school is required.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Advanced Jira skills, including workflows and backlog management.
  • Competence in Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • At least one year of experience in ServiceNow development, web development, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
  • Ability to adapt to different client contexts, organize work, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to adapt communication to different interlocutors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team, provide operational follow-up, and support users.
  • Manage backlogs and prepare and deliver presentations, mockups, specifications, and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage and lead major projects.
  • Prioritize tasks and distribute the team's workload.
  • Train users on Strategic Portfolio Management tools.

Desired Qualifications

  • A good level of English is desirable.
