Requirements

A degree in Material, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic engineering.
At least one year of manufacturing experience as a Process Engineer is a plus.
Basic knowledge of process control, including PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and CPK.
Experience with systematic problem-solving is preferred.
Good presentation skills.
Logical thinking and working.
Proactive approach and willingness to learn new things.
Teamwork.

Responsibilities

Maintain, update, and revise the Operational Documentation Set (ODS) to instruct operators according to ODS standards and comply with Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) and the Control Plan (CP).
Update and maintain the P-FMEA for the assigned process, seeking advice from a senior engineer when difficulties arise.
Implement changes and improvements to existing processes, machinery and equipment (MAE), or parts, with or without an Engineering Change Request (ECR), to improve cycle time, quality, safety, and cost.
Execute and follow up on tasks and projects, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), under others’ instruction and management.
Handle internal customer quality complaints from Manufacturing Operations (MFOx).
Optimize existing machinery and equipment to improve operational safety.
Solve product-quality problems using existing tools and known reaction plans; make small changes when needed.
Maintain process capacity, including cycle time (CT) and reject rate, in response to current targets using defined methods.
Share practical experience with colleagues.
Use existing documents and procedures to work with Technical Function (TEF3) colleagues to solve machinery and equipment issues.
Understand the status of Process Capability Index (Cpk) for characteristics of the assigned process, if applicable.
Understand and maintain the plant’s existing statistical process control (SPC) system; apply SPC according to work instructions (WI) and explain an SPC report or chart, if applicable.
Perform other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Description

Solve problem of product quality with existing tool and known reaction-plan. A small change can be made.
Maintain process capacity (CT - Cycle time, Reject rate) in response to current target (TAC) with defined method.
Share practical experience to colleagues.
Use existing documents and procedure to cooperate with TEF3 (Technical Function) colleagues to solve the MAE’s issue.
Understand status of Cpk (Process Capability Index) of characteristics of the own process (if applicable).
Comprehend and maintain the existing SPC (statistical process control) system in plant (HcP). Apply SPC in accordance with Work Instruction (WI). Able to explain a SPC report or chart (if applicable).

Qualifications

1. Education

Engineer/Bachelor in Material/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic

2. Work experience

At least 1 year in manufacturing as a Process Engineer is plus
Basic knowledge about process control such as PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC/CPK
Experience with systematic problem-solving is preferred
