Requirements
  • 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Ability to function in a player/coach role
  • Quantitative background and advanced proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, & PowerPoint skills
Responsibilities
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and recommend improvements
  • Conduct hypothesis-driven data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities and synthesize key recommendations for multiple stakeholders
  • Analyze and interpret consumer research to uncover insights that will inform growth strategy, innovation, and operational improvements
  • Help develop and execute [solidcore]’s long-term strategic plan, acting as a thought partner to Executive Team in developing both short-term and long-term strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to project manage strategic priorities
