Requirements
  • Current membership in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • At least two years of experience in critical-care emergency services and/or intensive care.
  • For emergency services, ability to perform triage and work in the resuscitation room.
  • Essential proficiency in French.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the surgical team and anesthesiologists to ensure interventions run smoothly.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation of care and interventions.
  • Participate in teaching and maintaining clinical best practices.
  • For emergency services, perform triage and work in the resuscitation room.
  • For intensive care, work with emergency stretchers, triage, the resuscitation room, and the ambulatory room.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts, with 16-hour shifts if interested.
