Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to a C level executive
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is recommended
  • Active and positive communicator across mediums, working in a remote role is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Support our Chief Executive Officer on all administrative tasks
  • Responsible for scheduling internal/external meetings, inbox management, booking travel, expenses, calendar management, etc.
  • Administrative support for other executive team members, when needed
  • Events Coordination- Corporate events, leadership team off-site meetings, and travel itineraries
  • Organize, manage, and run company All Hands meetings + GTM Weekly meetings
  • Record and actively note take/action company level events from CEO and Senior Leadership Team and share/collaborate with appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist the CFO in QBR preparation, scheduling, and coordination
  • Board of Directors meeting coordination
  • Analyze procedural problems and implement process improvements
