About the role

We’re looking for a new People Services Specialist to join our People Team, reporting to our People Services Team Lead.

Your role will never be the same day to day -there will be fast turnarounds and new initiatives to add your personal touch to and you will gain exposure to every aspect of the People function; working with recruitment, HR partners, policy leads, and reward teams. You will be solution focused, ready to get involved and adapt as the business grows and matures.

What you’ll be doing

• Own our people data; you will maintain our HR systems ensuring we have accurate information at our fingertips
• Action employee onboarding, offboarding and contractual changes
• Support our HR Business Partners with Employee Relations cases
• Provide HR administration support and advice to employees and managers
• Explain policies and processes in a clear manner, ensuring compliance in all areas
• Review processes and implement changes - always challenging the status quo to provide a world-class people function.

What we are looking for

• Experience in a similar position within a similar industry
• Collaborator, someone who excels working with different departments and at all levels
• A curious, learning mindset with a proactive focus on process improvement opportunities to make things better or simpler for the business and our people
• Highly confidential and accurate in performing all essential duties
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of Workday HCM
