Requirements

  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to groups of 50 or more.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technology as it relates to the business.
  • Ability to provide accurate, timely, and responsive service on complex problems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the department and across business functions.
  • Ability to communicate technology-related information, enhancement options, and implementation processes clearly to varied audiences.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain relevant product or system certifications as required.
Responsibilities
  • Champion the intermediary Salesforce instance on behalf of the business.
  • Translate business requirements between business and Information Technology using financial-services customer relationship management best practices.
  • Recommend and lead enhanced Salesforce design, tools, and training.
  • Recommend customer relationship management tools, including development and AppExchange tools, that align with firm strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the user community and ensure the Salesforce tool continues to meet firm needs.
  • Lead the steering committee for ongoing assessment of Salesforce features and make proactive recommendations.
  • Communicate system benefits to support ongoing Salesforce utilization and adoption.
  • Partner with the Reporting and Analytics team to optimize data in dashboards.
  • Create dashboards and advise management on activity trends, key performance indicators, and leading indicators to optimize sales efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing consultation for future tool development that optimizes business processes and supports continued utilization.
  • Onboard new hires to the Salesforce instance.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for timely answers to Salesforce questions.
