Requirements
  • Over 3 year of experience in Manhattan SCALE WMS or other cloud-based WMS platforms
  • Experience with Manhattan TMS or other transportation management system preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as Netsuite, including common integrations for inventory and warehouse management
  • Familiarity with integration and/or middleware applications, such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica, Workato
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to drive decision making
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Responsibilities
  • Represent Enterprise Technology to form strong working relationships with Supply Chain staff that own the core inventory processes locally, regionally, and globally
  • Triage, guide, and assist business stakeholders to resolutions for production issues that block operations
  • Communicate enhancements and changes to stakeholders so that cross-functional teams are aligned to new processes and have an opportunity to provide feedback for improvements
  • Create and execute a roadmap for ongoing application and integration improvements that will reduce transactional errors and streamline inventory and revenue processes
  • Form strong working relationships with your Peloton peers and across the IT organization
  • Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications
  • Become the subject matter expert in order and inventory transaction flows
  • Provide business analysis and testing support for system changes
  • Identify opportunities for system and integration enhancements that could optimize efficiency
