Responsibilities

Maintain accurate digital and physical project files and ensure documents are properly logged and distributed.
Coordinate communication between the field office, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Support procurement processes, including purchase orders and material tracking.
Assist with certified payroll documentation and compliance reporting as needed.
Take meeting minutes and distribute action items.
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies.
