Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an sales enablement, operations, or program/project management role
  • Experience implementing sales methodologies and certification programs
  • Strong english speaking skills and excellent communication (written/verbal) and facilitation skills including presentation skills (Korean language skills a plus)
  • Experience working in a global start-up company environment, including localization of training materials
  • Knowledge of SaaS, B2B, and Enterprise sales models
  • Proficiency with sales enablement software and standard business applications (e.g. Highspot, Showpad)
Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head of Global Sales Operations and Enablement to implement and deliver enablement programs that improve the performance of the Sales and Customer Success organizations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align Sales training, related content, and initiatives
  • Create and deliver onboarding and continuous learning curriculum that increases the sales team’s effectiveness
  • Identify metrics to quantify impact and efficacy of enablement programs, special events, and sales tools and resources
  • Maintain a repository of shared content to assure content is accurately named, tagged and curated
  • Coordinate and manage sales enablement events, including quarterly sales gatherings, conferences, and annual sales kick offs
  • Build and implement standardized certification program framework
