Have 3–6 years of product engineering experience with strong ownership across the stack.
Have 3+ years of React and Next.js experience and be able to build clean, high-performing interfaces from Figma with motion and user-experience polish.
Have backend fluency with Node.js, GraphQL, and Postgres, and comfort with Prisma or similar object-relational mapping tools.
Be pragmatic about technical debt and infrastructure, and be able to ship, own, and debug code in production.
Responsibilities
Build and scale full-stack features across mobile web and desktop using React, TypeScript, and Next.js on the frontend, and Node.js, GraphQL, and Postgres on the backend.
Translate clinician workflows and complex lab data into intuitive consumer-grade user experiences, then implement them through performant, secure APIs and data models.
Contribute across the stack, from user-interface implementation to backend API design, schema modeling with Prisma, and infrastructure debugging with AWS and continuous integration and delivery.
Collaborate on shared user-interface and backend standards, evolve the component library, improve test coverage, and help shape engineering culture.
Desired Qualifications
Strong startup instincts, valuing velocity, clarity, and thoughtful code reviews over process-heavy ceremonies.
