- A university degree is required.
- Five years of experience in quality management is required.
- Local language proficiency at C2 level is required.
- English proficiency at C1 level is required.
- Manage and supervise the Quality Project organizational unit according to defined objectives and key performance indicators.
- Identify improvement opportunities within the area of responsibility, provide consultation, and contribute to improved service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to standards and governance and execution of processes.
- Lead direct reports in the area of responsibility.
- Plan regular team activities to cover all activity stages and respond to requests received.
- Define team members’ objectives, tasks, and responsibilities; provide clear instructions; and monitor and evaluate results.
- Identify direct reports’ training and development needs, support their professional development, and assist them in applying newly acquired knowledge.
- Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.
- Develop and maintain Quality Assurance documentation for prototypes and preseries, including Control Plans, Validation Plans, Quality Agreements, FMEA, and PSW.
- Ensure equipment and processes comply with customer specifications and LEONI standards.
- Ensure systems comply with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulations.
