Responsibilities
Follow the plan of care to support patient comfort and well-being, and respond promptly to requests from patients and their families or caregivers.
Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding and clothing, and shampooing.
Provide customer service to support patient satisfaction.
Share knowledge with patients' families and guide and support them in caring for terminally ill loved ones.
Maintain accurate documentation in patients' homes and in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
