Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments, and accurately balance the transactions.
  • Operate a teller drawer to serve customers and bank personnel in the lobby or drive-up.
  • Recognize potential cross-sell opportunities and direct customers to appropriate bank personnel.
  • Develop skills to recognize potential fraud and report it to management as necessary.
  • Comply with department, bank, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Uphold the established Wintrust culture.
  • Open and close the bank when required and participate in community events when required.
