Requirements
  • Three to five or more years of experience in construction management or construction administration supporting projects.
  • Experience building schedules.
  • Familiarity with multidiscipline project environments and new product introduction processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing and industrial construction environments.
  • Experience with manufacturing plant shutdowns.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and applicable safety standards.
  • Knowledge of general plant safety requirements, including hot work permits and lock-out/tag-out.
  • Knowledge of permitting through authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production and process issues under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets for projects.
  • Track process improvement costs and report variances.
  • Assist in execution planning, risk identification, and mitigation strategies for production readiness.
  • Participate in estimating, cost analysis, and sales support for industrialization projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
  • Communicate with multiple project managers.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction or an Engineering discipline is preferred.
