  • 10+ years of experience in product design

  • Advocate for a seller-centric design approach, conducting user research, usability testing and other means to gather feedback and inform design decisions ensuring we build for seller efficiency.
  • Create and iterate high-fidelity designs and prototypes that effectively communicate your design concepts, ensuring consistency across the platform.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering to analyze, optimize and streamline complex seller workflows, ensuring alignment of business goals and user needs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence, creativity and continuous growth within the design team.
  • Advocate for best practices in design, usability and accessibility while also proactively identifying areas for improvement and drive initiatives to elevate the design process.
