Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and direction to regional operations teams to support improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and processes.
  • Partner with leadership to create a culture balancing business acumen, technical capability, and core competencies to drive continuous improvement in field maintenance operations.
  • Ensure field maintenance standards, processes, and procedures remain reliable, efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments to shape onboarding and development strategies for field maintenance personnel, promoting a consistent operations culture while reducing turnover and associated costs.
  • Ensure cost-effective delivery of resources and services to meet operational needs and respond to evolving business priorities.
  • Establish a clear mission and vision to drive cost-effective operations and strategic allocation of people, equipment, materials, and inventory.
  • Use influencing and negotiation skills to build regional alignment and enable shared, innovative, and cost-effective solutions supporting business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, implementation, operation, and support of information technology systems and programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and guide deployment of developed applications, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and readiness for field execution.

Core Funds from Operations increased 5.2% to $0.49 per share, whilst Adjusted Funds from Operations rose 8.3% to $0.45 per share. Same-home core net operating income grew 2.7%. The company delivered 651 newly constructed homes in the quarter and repurchased 4.1 million shares for $123.0 million at a weighted-average price of $29.88.
