A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops an initial assessment and a personalized treatment plan, which is implemented by certified technicians and tracked over time. Therapy is complemented by ongoing collaboration with families, multilingual support, and explicit caregiver/parent training so families can reinforce skills at home.
