Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; OR related experience.
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar payroll-related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now payroll software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and distribution of salaries, wages, commission, stock, and bonuses.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll computations and adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax regulations to ensure payroll compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.
