Partner Service Agent

Here’s what you can expect to be doing: 

You will support our partners with loads of different queries, through calls and emails. 

We are a tech-based company, so you will use different systems each day

You will work towards targets showing you provide the best service for our partners

You will report to the Partner Service Team Leaders

Working a 37.5 hours week in our Manchester Office, on a rotational shift Monday - Sunday, you will be in the office for the first 4 weeks, after this you can split your time between home and the office.
