Five or more years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
Experience managing industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, office, retail, or other commercial projects.
Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control.
Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final completion.
Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software.
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone and completion dates are achieved.
Prepare, manage, and forecast project budgets, cost reports, and financial performance.
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents for accuracy and completeness.
Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and purchase orders.
Lead project meetings with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Manage Requests for Information, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Identify project risks early and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
Partner closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and resolve project challenges.
Maintain client relationships while providing customer service.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, company standards, and quality expectations.
Coordinate project turnover and closeout documentation.
Desired Qualifications
Tilt-up construction experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with tilt-up industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, warehouse construction, commercial office buildings, tenant improvements, concrete structures, or structural steel construction.
