Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after certification and complete required inspections.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, applicable regulations, and safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
  • Transfer raw materials into the Stamping area and move finished products to designated Warehouse locations to support continuous production and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain adequate stock of paper and other materials on the production floor to prevent downtime.
  • Manage and properly dispose of scrap materials to uphold safety and environmental standards.
  • Perform inventory transactions and maintain department inventory accuracy of 98% or higher using MMS, ASRS, Opcenter, and other relevant systems.
  • Support Molex-Lincoln’s C-TPAT certification by adhering to applicable work instructions and regulations.
  • Take ownership of on-time shipping by packing, scanning, labeling, and preparing customer shipments.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after certification, completing required inspections promptly.
  • Address concerns that do not meet safety or quality standards.
  • Use computer software programs to support warehouse operations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Warehouse experience in shipping, inventory control, or material flow.
  • Experience with SAP or automated storage systems such as ASRS or Eskay.
  • Forklift experience or equipment certification.
