Requirements

  • Applicants must be graduates of Education, Psychology, or related careers.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pedagogical methodology to professionalize training, revise curricula, and improve the dynamics of training workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution and comprehensive assurance of the Onboarding Service Line across the network's different roles.
  • Validate induction content and materials, coordinate with speakers, and ensure execution.
  • Help analyze training offices with divisional management, Cient Solutions, and participating areas.
  • Collaborate on all On The Job activities, in person or hybrid in Lima and provinces, with SGOF, Experiencia Única, Advisors, Disciplina Organización, and others.
  • Advise, facilitate, and provide academic follow-up to participants during training by tracking mentees' achievement of objectives through all training stages; deliver in-person or remote training; identify mentees' improvement opportunities and support their learning; facilitate courses related to banking operations during the in-person stage; review grades and prepare academic reports; visit mentees during on-the-job training to certify objective completion; and conduct validation calls regarding on-the-job training grades.
  • Support post-training follow-up for each program cohort by conducting satisfaction surveys, identifying improvement opportunities, continually updating content and materials, and proposing improvements to the program content and experience.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in T&C, BCOM, Security, Systems, and other relevant areas to ensure the training program is complete.
  • Ensure execution of onboarding and other training and development programs nationwide.
  • Participate in reporting results to the T&C committee, handling requests and budget requirements, and providing other support associated with the position.
  • Support vendor management, budget requirements, and coordination with Procurement.
  • Generate continuous-improvement actions focused on quality and sustained NPS growth.
  • Participate in planning, organizing, and preparing training sessions, including logistics coordination; prepare training content; and validate content, materials, manuals, and protocols.
  • Create and redesign curricula and deliver them practically to groups after training on the company's systems and technical products.
