Wisk Aero develops autonomous electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft aimed at transforming urban transportation by introducing air taxis. Their eVTOL aircraft, such as Wisk and Cora, are designed to be safe, sustainable, and accessible, meeting high aviation safety standards. Wisk Aero addresses the challenges of current transit systems by providing a faster and more efficient alternative for urban commuters, businesses, and municipalities. Unlike competitors, Wisk Aero not only manufactures and sells eVTOL aircraft but also offers air taxi services directly to consumers and collaborates with cities to integrate their technology into existing transportation networks. The company's goal is to make air taxis a common mode of transport, thereby enhancing mobility and reducing travel times.
