Valid commercial driver's license Class A.
No automatic-transmission restriction on the commercial driver's license.
Proven experience transporting lowbeds and heavy or all-in equipment.
At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
Active Department of Transportation medical card.
Clean driving record.
Experience safely operating large commercial vehicles and combinations.
Availability to work night shifts.
Availability for rotating on-call weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and situational awareness.
A safety-first mindset and professional attitude.
Responsibilities
Execute lowbed and heavy-equipment transport moves safely and on schedule.
Operate tractor-trailer combinations over 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight rating.
Handle equipment loading, positioning, securement, and transport safely.
Complete Department of Transportation pre-trip and post-trip inspections on every trip.
Maintain accurate driver logs, trip sheets, and Tow Book documentation.
Navigate efficiently using maps, global positioning system tools, route planning, and sound judgment.
Communicate proactively with Dispatch throughout the shift.
Represent NETC professionally when dealing with customers in the field.
Follow Department of Transportation regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
Keep the truck clean, maintained, and road-ready.
Identify and report mechanical or safety issues immediately.

NETC Fleet Services is hiring an experienced CDL-A Heavy Transport Driver for our Exeter operation.
This is a part-time, per diem night position built for an experienced commercial driver who knows heavy transport, communicates like a professional, and stays cool when the job gets complicated.

This is a strong fit for an experienced CDL-A driver looking for additional heavy-haul work without committing to a traditional full-time schedule.

MOVE BIG EQUIPMENT — SAFELY AND PROFESSIONALLY.
🔹 Execute lowbed and heavy-equipment transport moves safely and on schedule
🔹 Operate tractor-trailer combinations over 26,000 lbs. GVWR
🔹 Handle equipment loading, positioning, securement, and transport with attention to safety
🔹 Complete DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections — every trip, every time
🔹 Maintain accurate driver logs, trip sheets, and Tow Book documentation
🔹 Navigate efficiently using maps, GPS, route planning, and good judgment
🔹 Communicate proactively with Dispatch throughout your shift
