  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Design and oversee training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, including onboarding new hires and ongoing professional development.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and maintain sales materials, including presentations, product sheets, and competitive analysis.
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies that improve productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support for the sales team.
  • Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve enablement programs and resources.
  • Lead and mentor the sales enablement team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
