Electrical Project Manager

- A minimum of 5 years of project manager experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software is required; E-J currently uses Procore, Emque, Riskcast, Toric, and other tools.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the electrical contracting or engineering space is required.
- Practical knowledge of construction and construction processes is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail are required.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, informing them of project status, risks, and milestones.
- Liaise with field supervision.
- Attend and run project meetings.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documents.
- Perform estimating.
- Address project-related issues, conflicts, or delays promptly and effectively, seeking solutions that maintain project progress.
- Develop comprehensive project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures when possible.
- Procure and coordinate necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors for each project.
- Identify areas of process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
