- Bac+2/Bac+3 training: BTS IAA, BUT Génie biologique, Licence agroalimentaire, BTS qualité, or Licence formulation/procédés.
- Ideal experience is 3–5 years in industrial baking, methods, industrialization, or R&D; junior candidates may qualify with a relevant apprenticeship, industrial-trial experience, and strong field orientation.
- Knowledge of industrial processes and bakery manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ingredients and bakery products.
- Knowledge of quality and food safety.
- Proficiency in industrial trials and analyses.
- Understanding of IFS, BRC, and ISO standards.
- Document management and traceability skills.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity, initiative, innovation, technical curiosity, analytical ability, rigor, communication, teamwork, autonomy, continuous-improvement orientation, and the ability to persuade production, quality, and suppliers.
