About the job

- Under close supervision, assist with solving routine problems identified by the Help Desk.
- Install Windows operating systems, drivers, and applications on bare-metal systems in preparation for SES configurations to be applied.
- Install and maintain systems and equipment, and provide associated training to customer personnel.
- Diagnose, isolate, and correct problems to the component level to restore system functions.
- Communicate with users and other technicians to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Update required documentation according to SES practice or procedure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years of IT support experience is preferred.
