About the job

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, process analytics, CRM analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced Power BI capability, including DAX, Power Query, semantic-model interpretation, data validation, drill-through design, performance optimization, and user-centered dashboard design.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, reconciliation, profiling, and validation across data warehouse or lakehouse environments.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including revenue, gross margin, price, volume, mix, conversion, retention, productivity, and cost-to-serve concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with data profiling, duplicate detection, business-rule validation, root-cause remediation, data-quality scorecards, and data-governance practices.
  • Working knowledge of dimensional modeling, data grain, table relationships, hierarchies, KPI logic, data lineage, and master data.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including prioritization, expectation setting, workshop facilitation, documentation, and transparent communication of data limitations.
  • Comfort working across cultures and organizational levels throughout the Americas, from frontline operations to executive leadership.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, urgent, time-management, resourcefulness, and independent-working competencies.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze commercial, financial, CRM, and operational performance to identify material exceptions, bottlenecks, and execution gaps affecting revenue, margin, productivity, service, or working capital.

  • Facilitate requirements, root-cause, and action-planning sessions with frontline employees, functional leaders, technical teams, and executives.
  • Develop and maintain governed Power BI analytical products that highlight drivers, exceptions, risks, opportunities, and required actions, not only historical results.
  • Create role-specific scorecards and self-service experiences using clear KPI definitions, intuitive navigation, appropriate drill paths, and documented business logic.
  • Validate calculations, relationships, data grain, refresh behavior, security requirements, and source-to-report reconciliation before release.
  • Monitor adoption and decision usage; improve, consolidate, automate, or retire reports that do not support a defined decision or business process.
  • Prioritize requests by business value, urgency, strategic alignment, effort, and data readiness to prevent low-value ad hoc reporting from displacing higher-impact work.
  • Analyze Dynamics 365 user behavior, opportunity-stage discipline, pipeline completeness, sales-cycle duration, account coverage, activity quality, and process adherence.
  • Identify CRM data-entry friction, incomplete records, duplicate entities, inconsistent definitions, ownership gaps, and workflow issues; coordinate remediation with process owners and enterprise IT.
  • Profile customer, product, vendor, pricing, opportunity, and activity data; maintain data-quality scorecards and monitor corrective actions to completion.
  • Define KPI standards, business rules, preventative controls, and data-entry practices with designated data owners to improve data quality at the source.
  • Document metric definitions, calculation logic, assumptions, data limitations, ownership, and escalation paths for critical analytical products.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B industrial manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.

Signode to demonstrate integrated packaging and automation solutions at PACK EXPO International 2026.

Signode to demonstrate integrated packaging and automation solutions at PACK EXPO International 2026. Live exhibit will connect case handling, collaborative robotic palletizing, strapping solutions, stretch wrapping and autonomous material handling technologies October 5, 2026 (Tampa, FL) - Signode, a global provider of transit packaging equipment, automation, materials, and aftermarket support solutions, will demonstrate integrated technologies for case handling, palletizing, strapping, load containment, and material handling at PACK EXPO International 2026, taking place October 18-21 at McCormick Place in Chicago IL. At Booth S-3100, Signode will present equipment and automation solutions that support packaging operations from case preparation and strapping solutions through pallet handling and warehouse automation. The exhibit will show how individual technologies can be configured as part of a broader end-of-line and distribution process to help manufacturers improve consistency, throughput, reliability, and long-term operational performance. Live demonstration will feature the Octopus(R) Prestige(TM) automatic stretch wrapping machine integrated with the TP-12 strapping machines. An Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) forklift will be demonstrating how automated pallet movement can be coordinated to reduce manual touchpoints and support flow through storage and distribution. Visitors to the booth will learn how integrating AMRs with Signode's StorFast(R) Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) can increase storage density, support inventory control, and connect warehouse automation with upstream and downstream packaging processes. Visitors can also learn about the RollCycler(TM) film roll exchange system, exclusively for the Octopus Prestige stretch wrapping machine. This automatic, high-capacity film roll exchange solution supports high-speed, high-throughput customer operations by delivering and automatically reloading up to eight film rolls in a space-saving compact footprint to increase production up-time. "PACK EXPO gives us an opportunity to show how packaging equipment, robotics, and material handling technologies can work together across the complete end-of-line process," said Rick Hantke, Senior Director of Marketing and Product Management at Signode. "By integrating how cases, pallets, and packaging materials move across the complete end-of-line workflow, manufacturers can improve consistency, productivity, and reliability while establishing a scalable foundation for future automation." Signode will also demonstrate a Simplimatic(R) collaborative robotic palletizer integrated with the Little David(R) LDX-RC random case opener and LDX-RTB semi-automatic random case sealer and Simpli-flex(R) intelligent product conveyors. The demonstration will show how case opening, product handling, case sealing, and palletizing can be brought together in a flexible, semi-automated packaging workflow for operations managing changing production requirements, labor constraints, or varied case formats. Live demonstrations will feature the new BXT Go(TM) battery-powered strapping hand tool along with the popular BXT4 tool line for plastic strapping. Designed for manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution environments, the new BXT Go tool is designed to support everyday strapping applications with a practical balance of performance, usability, and productivity. Signode will also demonstrate its protective packaging solutions including dunnage bags, cargo and load securement, edge protection, and void fill, and the Engineered Solutions team will offer design services for custom protective packaging via Multi-Wall(TM), PDM(TM), and Reddi-Pac(TM) custom packaging materials. These capabilities are supported by application consultation, equipment and material testing, implementation, training, parts, preventive maintenance, and Packaging Plus Reliability Services aftermarket solutions that help support long-term system performance. Together, the technologies represented at PACK EXPO reflect Signode's broader portfolio across case packaging, robotics, stretch wrapping, strapping, protective packaging, autonomous material movement, warehouse automation, and aftermarket solutions.
