RMA Generalist

Description

The RMA Service Generalist is responsible for supporting daily escalation management, weekly result tracking, and analysis within the assigned territory. This role requires escalation monitoring, quality reporting for material usage and forwarder performance, and monitoring/reporting on customer experience. Responsibilities include collecting feedback on customer inquiries from ASUS teams, communicating with vendors and RMA service management, reporting daily updates for key results, and producing detailed reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive vendors to process RMAs and monitor RMA performance and health for each center.
• Lead internal and external reporting by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and information.
• Provide proactive updates on project performance and highlight any gaps.
• Drive user experience initiatives and manage factors that impact cost.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Passion for delivering superior customer service.
• Strong ownership and organizational skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
• Proven proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and MS Excel to successfully execute projects.
• Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, result-oriented corporate environment requiring flexibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required Qualifications:

Years of Education

• BA/BS in a business-related field and/or equivalent reverse logistics experience.

Work Experience

• 2+ years of project management, reverse logistics, or analytics experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven third-party account management experience.
• Experience working in reverse logistics or RMA center environments

Working Conditions:

• Primarily works in an office environment.
• Requires sitting, standing, walking, operating a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
• 5% Business travel required periodically for third-party audits.

$68,640 - $85,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
