Requirements
  • Confirmed experience in an equivalent accounting position.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Knowledge and mastery of Workday are preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Handle the full general accounting for two establishments, ensuring the reliability and compliance of accounting records.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly accounting close processes, including the reconciliation and analysis of balance-sheet accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with subsidiary-accounting teams to ensure the correct integration and consistency of data.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with the Payroll department to ensure the correct accounting of salary entries, social contributions, and other personnel-expense transactions.
  • Act as the primary accounting contact for the Administrative and Finance Directors and Management Controllers of the establishments under responsibility.
  • Prepare and monitor mandatory monthly tax filings, including Value Added Tax declarations and other sector-specific taxes.
  • Prepare all components of the annual tax package for submission to the relevant authorities and for Group reporting.
