- At least 7 years of software development experience, including recent hands-on artificial intelligence work.
- Strong coding fundamentals; the primary technologies are Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with artificial intelligence frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience building systems where security and data governance are first-class design constraints.
- Build AI Co-Worker systems that enable enterprise customers to deploy persona-based AI Co-Workers that perform complex, end-to-end operational workflows through the secure platform.
- Ensure the platform remains model-agnostic by integrating large language models and artificial intelligence frameworks from established and emerging vendors.
- Build and integrate secure, scalable application programming interfaces across large-scale enterprise environments.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure solutions exceed their expectations.
