We’re seeking a People Partner to join us in this mission and act as part of our people team. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with our management teams, who are located in Atlanta and are responsible for assisting employees in the US. Your role involves offering customized guidance and support for leadership and management, focusing on organizational and employee development.
The ideal candidate will drive data-informed decision-making and support calibrating and rewarding high performance. The ability to work in a cross-functional environment managing competing levels of priority with a high degree of independent thought and autonomy.
This is a remote role based out of Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities:

Be a people team member and support our strategy to deliver on our people roadmap and priorities.

Work in a cross-functional environment managing competing priority levels with a high degree of independent thought and autonomy. Being able to think through complex issues, working to execute with a focus on quality and refinement of People-related tools or processes.

Being responsive and timely in the resolution of employee queries.

Act as People Partner to our people managers and employees working in NYC, Atlanta, Berlin & London to live company values, creating an inclusive environment for employees.

Coach our people managers with supporting organizational development and building high-performing teams

Work to resolve employment and performance issues in a manner consistent with company policy, statutory requirements, and legal guidance

Facilitate the operational work that supports organizational change initiatives. Work closely with other People team functions to deliver best-in-class experiences for our employees

Work to support execution of various ad-hoc People team projects that impact employees in both domestic US and EU locations.

Collaborate with the Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Workplace, Finance and Business & Legal Affairs teams

Be the ambassador of our company culture and values!
Experience and Background:
-
Bachelors and/or Masters/MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employee Relations, or related field preferred

2+ years of Human Resources experience in a similar operational leadership environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR practices and strategies.

Bilingual in Spanish or German is a plus

Proficient experience in utilizing advanced people analytics tools including but not limited to Google and Microsoft Office productivity software, as well as HRIS packages like Workday, Bamboo, or Greenhouse preferred

Demonstrated ability to work effectively across various departments, integrating efforts and coordinating actions, with a particular emphasis on adaptability to different time zones and cultures.

An outcome-focused approach, coupled with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities and deliverables
The salary range for this role is $85,000-$90,000 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location. We also offer a generous total rewards program - read more about additional benefits and perks below!
