Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years performing Federal Government financial management.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in or related to a business field.
  • Knowledge of acquisition database services.
  • Experience with cost estimation and negotiations.
  • Ability to develop and conduct presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office business tools and technology, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio, with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the Health Information Technology division contracts database.
  • Perform ad hoc reports, contract status reporting, delinquent contract reporting, procurement action reporting, and periodic exports of contract requirements to an external system.
  • Assist in managing data tables and updating and maintaining existing records.
  • Archive new contract records and audit and verify all database records.
  • Provide dashboard reports on Health Information Technology requirements.
  • Participate in and assist with facilitating Health Information Technology contract rationalization tasks, including briefings.
