- Must possess exceptional customer service skills.

- Must comply with OSHA requirements, including universal precautions and sharps disposal guidelines.
- Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs, medical history, and current medication lists.
- Communicate allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients.
- Administer subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections.
- Conduct spirometry testing to assess and evaluate lung function.
- Perform testing and treatment in accordance with clinic protocols and safety measures.
- Navigate the electronic health record system to record accurate patient health information.
- Greet, welcome, and direct patients and visitors appropriately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information.
- Track clinical inventory and resupply when needed.
- Ensure end-of-day reports and logs are accurate and complete.
- Cross-train in front-office responsibilities to support full-cycle clinic operations.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Collect patient payments.
- Support treatment coordination, including enrolling patients in their chosen treatment.
- Obtain CT authorizations.
- Completed Medical Assistant Program or Degree.
- One or more years of Medical Assistant experience.
- One or more years of Medical Receptionist experience.
- Medical Assistant Certificate, vocational nurse license, or related experience.
- Current CPR Certification.
