Tenex.AI looks to widen channel reach with Infinigate.

Tenex.AI looks to widen channel reach with Infinigate. Security player signs distributor to cover UK and Ireland as it continues to build its presence across the wider EMEA market. Published: 03 Sep 2026 16:00 Agentic security operations specialist Tenex.AI has signed Infinigate Group as its distribution partner covering the UK and Ireland, with plans to extend that across EMEA. The security player is taking a two-tier channel approach across EMEA as it looks to get its technology in front of more customers, pitching an approach that stresses the speed with which it can respond to alerts. Piers Morgan, head of EMEA at Tenex.AI, said it was keen to build its channel ecosystem, and Infinigate would be able to start in the UK and Ireland and then slot into the pan-European role across EMEA. "We're very much 100% behind the channel, traditional two tier, so distribution through to a select number of tier one partners that we're working closely with," he said. "When I say partners, that goes across the ecosystem of geographies and verticals. "We're looking at relationships with the likes of Infinigate that stretch across all of those regions from a pan-EMEA perspective," added Morgan. "In terms of the channels to market, we're looking at both the MSP [managed service provider], MSSP [managed security service provider] and traditional VAR [value-added reseller] market, and then looking at specific sectors as well, such as telecoms, insurance, the list the list goes on." Gordon Lyon, sales director at Infinigate UK and Ireland, said it would be adding the Tenex.AI technology into its portfolio, offering UK and Ireland partners the opportunity to help users struggling to deal with high volumes of alerts. "Adding Tenex.AI's agentic security operations to our UK portfolio strengthens our ability to help partners address customers' increasingly complex security challenges, while creating new opportunities for them to differentiate, grow services revenue and deliver faster, more effective protection against evolving cyber threats," he said. Expanding channel coverage. Tenex.AI has been around for 18 months, and has been ramping up the EMEA business, getting feet on the ground and expanding its channel coverage. Morgan said its technology worked with existing tools customers had invested in, and as a result gave the channel the chance to talk of enhancing existing investments, rather than the more awkward rip and replace option. "We don't ask customers to rip out obviously legacy platforms and what they've invested their hard-earned money in, in terms of their existing cyber fabric," he said. "But what we do is we natively deploy our services into the SIEM providers. We allow the businesses to really utilise what they've invested in over the years, and take advantage of our real-time services." Morgan added that its willingness to offer service-level agreements (SLAs) to customers was also a talking point that channel partners could dwell on when pitching the technology. "We can offer some of the SLAs and negotiate those individually with each organisation," said Morgan. "But you know we will guarantee to triage 100% of those alerts in under 60 seconds." Morgan said that its approach, using agentic AI to automate processes with human experts making decisions, meant it was able to provide assurances to customers looking for quick reactions backed by security operations centre analysts. "The big thing for us is we're not trying to replace the human element," he said. "There are still very important decisions to be made. But what we can do is automate and filter all of the noise that those humans are currently drowning in, and allow them to concentrate on the other things that matter."
