  • Maintain program data on an ongoing cycle, including completion, credentialing, certification, and outcome data, to support programmatic accreditation and institutional reporting.
  • Assemble and maintain documentation for accreditation review, including data tables, evaluation records, and source documentation, so reporting is prepared on a cycle rather than reconstructed at deadline.

  • Maintain the record of Health Sciences placement sites and student placements by program, location, and term.
  • Coordinate with the Student Success Coordinator on shared partner sites through a common partner registry, so external partners engage with a single designated relationship owner.

  • Provide governance and committee support for Department and curriculum bodies, including agendas and action item tracking and resolution.
  • Manage program events, advisory meetings, external accreditor visits, and partner visits.
