Requirements
  • Hold a current, active, good-standing Colorado license or equivalent as an RN, BSN, NREMT-P, or NREMT-IV.
  • Hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Have 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience.
  • Have at least 2 years of leadership or management experience.
  • Be proficient with Google platforms, including Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Meet.
  • Have experience with electronic medical records systems, anatomy, medical terminology, clinical practices, sales reporting, key performance indicator tracking, and performance management systems.
  • Demonstrate leadership and team management ability, accountability, ownership, business performance and client-retention capabilities, communication, coaching, interpersonal, operational, and organizational skills.
  • Be able to make decisions effectively, solve problems and resolve conflicts, focus on performance and growth, coach and develop teams, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate professionalism, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Work 8–12-hour shifts and 2–4 weekend shifts per month, based on staffing.
Responsibilities
  • Own overall clinic performance, including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution, and serve as the primary point of accountability for clinic operations.
  • Set standards for clinic culture, professionalism, relationship building, and performance; ensure alignment with company goals, initiatives, and brand standards.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and implement action plans to improve results; lead the clinic with an ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Lead a relationship-based client culture centered on understanding each client's wellness goals; coach the team to understand clients' motivations and connect appropriate IV Nutrition services to their wellness journeys.
  • Help clients move from a single service toward an ongoing relationship; coach team members on client consultations, education, service recommendations, rebooking, and membership conversations.
  • Build client trust, engagement, retention, referrals, and long-term loyalty; drive clinic growth through memberships, packages, wellness services, and client relationships.
  • Monitor client engagement and retention, develop strategies to maintain client connections, establish growth goals, and coach the team toward achieving them.
  • Lead client outreach, follow-up, Return to Active initiatives, and relationship-building activities; use key performance indicators and client outcomes to strengthen client experience and business performance.
  • Partner with corporate leadership on promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure clients receive a high-quality, personalized, consistent experience and feel known, heard, educated, and supported in their wellness goals.
  • Establish service standards that encourage long-term client relationships and referrals; address client concerns, resolve issues, and conduct follow-up outreach when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional client care, hospitality, and relationship building; support local marketing, networking, and community engagement.
  • Ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapies and compliance with clinical regulations, standards, protocols, physician orders, standing orders, and company policies.
  • Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality; provide clinical guidance and support to staff; promote safety, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
  • Hire, train, and develop clinic staff; lead performance through coaching, accountability, and goal setting.
  • Develop team members as relationship builders who educate and support clients; create a high-performance culture focused on results, client care, relationships, and growth; identify and develop future clinic leaders.
  • Conduct regular performance discussions and development planning; ensure staff meet expectations for service, client relationships, sales, and operational performance.
  • Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and workflow; manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation; maintain consistent service across shifts.
  • Execute company initiatives, promotions, and process updates; oversee inventory, supply ordering, and operational controls; maintain a clean, organized, professional clinic environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor team performance, hold staff accountable, and address performance issues promptly and effectively.
  • Partner with Human Resources on employee relations, coaching, and documentation; recognize and reward high-performing team members.
  • Use performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement and ensure the clinic achieves operational, sales, client relationship, and client satisfaction goals.
