- Fluent English.
- Availability to travel.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Acquire major accounts, conduct active prospecting, and position ATEXIS at strategic events.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from identifying needs and budgeting through final negotiation.
- Monitor profitability, track invoicing, and manage deviations with project managers.
- Collaborate in selecting new technical profiles and, in a second phase, coordinate and manage a consultant structure.
